U.S. Shipping Method
CONTINENTAL U.S.A. ( 48 STATES ONLY )
WE ARE SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS FROM PARSONSBURG,MARYLAND. IF YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED BY PRIORITY MAIL THIS MEANS A REAL DELIVERY TIME OF APPROXIMATELY 3 TO 4 DAYS TO MOST AREAS OF THE CONTINENTAL 48 STATES. PLACES SUCH AS ALASKA AND HAWAII TEND TO TAKE A FEW DAYS LONGER.
LARGER AND HEAVY BULKY ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED VIA FEDEX GROUND
WE DO OFFER EXPIDITED DELIVERY OPTIONS VIA THE USPS AND FEDEX
AT ADDITIONAL COST.
International Orders
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction, domestic or international, for any reason.
We utilize UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE for all of our non-U.S. international deliveries as tracking services is provided. You will be contacted with the shipping charge upon receipt of your order. We WILL NOT SHIP until you have confirmed your acceptance of the shipping rate.
However, laws are different in every country and it is the customer's responsibility to check with the respective Customs Office for permission of shipment of specific products. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue a refund. First state vet supply.com reserves the right to refuse any Domestic or International orders. All international and domestic orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in Buyer's country.
Return Policy – Change it accordingly
While we appreciate your business due to the nature of the products that we sell the following products will not be accepted for return under any circumstances:
VACCINES OF ANY KIND
ALL MEDICATIONS WHETHER TABLET, LIQUID OR POWDER.
ALL VITAMIN COMPOUNDS WHETHER TABLET, LIQUID OR POWDER
ANY AND ALL SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS
NEEDLES AND SYRINGES ARE NON-RETURNABLE
FEEDERS, WATERERS AND WATER CUPS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IF
FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MANUFACTURE. YOU MUST CALL AND GET A
RETURN AUTHORIZATION BEFORE RETURNING SUCH MERCHANDISE. ANY
MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT SUCH AUTHORIZATION WILL NOT BE
GRANTED CREDIT AND WILL NOT BE RETURNED.

· Any refund that is granted will be given in like merchandise or an in house credit only, under the terms of our returns policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
We make every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but we understand that sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will assist you in contacting the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then replace any confirmed damaged merchandise. Packages shipped via the USPS that are damaged must be opened in the presence of and inspected by a USPS employee in order for the insurance claim to be valid.
*Reminder: all claims relating to damaged or incorrect shipments must be made no later than 24 hours after the items have been received. *
Undeliverable, Refused, and Incorrect Shipping Addresses
In the case that a shipment is undeliverable, refused or delivered to an incorrect address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name, etc.) due to customer error, the customer will be charged for both the original shipment charges and the re-shipment charges. For customers who select to cancel their returned orders the customer will be charged as per the return policy above and any refund will be given as an in house credit or payment in like merchandise. Shipping costs cannot be refunded under any circumstances. |
